How to Raise Money:

Our goal is to raise at least $200,000 for the Metro shelters.

In addition, we are requiring each participant to raise at least $365. Why $365? Because it is said that you can feed a child for $1/day, and we would love to have each participant raise enough money to feed a child for at least a year.

So, how do you raise at least $365? Easy! Talk to family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and everyone in-between. Share with them our goals and then ask them if they are willing to sponsor a child for a month. This means that $30 feeds a child for a month – get 12 or so donations on that level and you have your $365!

Some might want to sponsor for more – some might want to sponsor for less. All levels of sponsorship are more than welcomed. Here is what we have for our levels of sponsorship:

$1-49 Quartz Level
$50-99 Pearl Level (All donors at this level receive special recognition on the H&H website)
$100-249 Amethyst Level (All donors at this level receive special recognition on the H&H website)
$250-399 Sapphire Level (All donors at this level receive special recognition on the H&H website)
$400-799 Ruby Level (All donors at this level receive special recognition on the H&H website)
$800-1,999 Emerald Level (All donors at this level receive special recognition on the H&H website)
$2,000 + Diamond Level (All donors at this level receive special recognition on the H&H website)
