Mission Statement:
"The mission of Homeless & Hungry is to
empower people to raise awareness for homelessness, to
financially assist shelters and their partnering entities, and
to change the hearts of participants and sponsors to serve as
God's hands and feet."
~Homeless & Hungry is a youth-driven event for participants of
all ages~
Homeless & Hungry is attempting to take the FM community by
storm. All churches, schools, businesses, & individuals are
encouraged to participate in this monumental undertaking. H&H is
not about denominations, specific organizations, or individuals.
This event is about THE CHURCH coming together to help “the
least of these.” If we don’t stand up to make a difference and
change this world, then who will?
The first $5,000 donated
will be matched dollar for dollar
by the First Lutheran Church Foundation!
