Lutheran World Relief
Contributions to the ministry of Lutheran World Relief show the love of Christ to people around the world.
In many cases, the items provide the only health care, baby care, school supplies, or sewing supplies in everyday living for people living in third world countries.
With the display of completed quilts each April, you may be familiar with the quilting ministry here at First
Lutheran. Quilts, baby layettes, sewing kits, health care kits, and school kits are shipped twice a year, in May and October. If you would like to donate items for any of the kits, you may place them in the basket labeled Lutheran World Relief, located on a table outside the church office. There is a flyer with the items needed for the kits available in the church office or at the Information Booth. We thank you for any donations that you might make towards this worthy project.
