Sunday, Oct. 19 – Mission Soup
10 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Great Hall
Warm up with a bowl of soup (or take it to go!) for a great cause. All proceeds go to support the 2026 Women’s Mission to Ecuador!
Monday, Oct. 20 – Faith in Film: Ends of the Earth
6:30 p.m. | BibleMax Theatre
Join us for a movie night featuring the inspiring documentary Ends of the Earth! Follow the real-life adventures of Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) pilots as they fly into some of the most remote places on Earth – bringing food, medicine, and the love of Jesus to people who would otherwise be unreachable.
First Lutheran has a special connection to this mission! Through our Global Mission Committee, we’ve supported the Simon family, who served MAF in Haiti. Although MAF had to leave Haiti due to unrest, the Simons continue to serve faithfully from MAF’s headquarters in Boise, Idaho.

9 – 10:30 a.m. | First Lutheran Kitchen
Help pack meals for neighbors in our community facing food insecurity. A hands-on way to serve with others!
Saturday, Oct. 25 – Women Connect: Fall Fundraising Luncheon
11 a.m. – 1 :30 p.m. | Great Hall
Open to girls and women (ages 10 and wiser!) Join us for lunch, beautifully served on creatively designed tablescapes, plus a short program featuring a style show and special guest Dr. Tracy Alin, founder of Amistad Worldwide. Tracy will share about how her organization shares the love of Christ with women living on the margins around the world.

Sunday, Oct. 26 – Ecuador Mission Team Presentation
11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. | The Great Hall
Hear from our multi-generational team about how their July trip impacted their faith and how the connected with our mission partners in Ecuador! A light lunch will be served.
P.S. Can’t attend? No problem! You can still serve by volunteering with our local mission partners: Churches United, Emergency Food Pantry, or New Life Center.
