Women’s Retreat— Breathe: Making Room…

Get away from the noise, deadlines, and endless checklists and step into a sacred space with God. This women’s retreat is an invitation to breathe and to prepare yourself to make room for what God already has planned for you. Together, we will explore rest as a gift, an intentional time rooted in complete trust in God as our provider and sustainer. We’ll make room for reflection, worship, meaningful conversation, and rest for both body and soul.

Women Connect: Fall Fundraising Luncheon

Join us for a time of connection over lunch, served on creative tablescapes! The event will include a short program featuring a style show and special guest, Tracy Alin, founder of Amistad Worldwide. Tracy will share how her organization shares Christ’s love with women living on the margins around the world. Open to girls and women (ages 10 and wiser!) Registration deadline is October 19.

The Annual Meeting is a time for members of First Lutheran Church to come together in reflection and vision. We’ll review highlights from the past year, hear from pastors about First Lutheran’s vision and direction we are headed, vote on new council members, and look at church finances. WOMEN CONNECT: SPRING GETAWAY RETREAT

Come gather around the the table with other women for a weekend of connection, faith, and fellowship. This retreat is the perfect opportunity to deepen your relationship with God and each other as we dive into teaching sessions centered on Margaret Feinberg’s book, “Taste and See”. We will be guided through an exploration of how food, when seen through the lens of faith and the scriptures, has the power to draw us closer to Christ, enriching our souls, and satisfying our deepest longings.
