THE SEVEN LAST WORDS OF CHRIST: GOOD FRIDAY SERVICE – 12 – 3 p.m.

April 3 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

You're invited to the "The Seven Last Words of Christ", a Good Friday Service in First Lutheran's Sanctuary.

Good Friday is a day where we remember Jesus' sacrifice and love for all people has he died on the cross.
This service will have "7 words". Think of it as each "word" as its own mini service. With each word we will focus on a specific Bible verse, special music, and a short meditation by a pastor.

People are welcome to stay for the entire service from 12 - 3 p.m. or if individuals would like to drop in for just part of it, that is welcome too.

This marks the beginning of Holy Week and is the Sunday before Easter. It's a day where we remember the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem where people welcomed him with palm branches.
